I think all is ok but i have rly poor quality on stream

Try a slower x264 CPU Preset in the Advanced Settings, like superfast or very fast. Ultrafast will almost always result in poor quality outcome.

i changed to very fast

i think there are best settings for my pc to have stable fps in game but why stream player laggy? i mean it pause for bufor i think so have a lot of free download when stream...

your cpu cant handle the resolution output nor the fps and then theres your cpu which isnt the best for streaming.

downscale a lot use lower fps 20/25/30 something around that and stay with the ultrafast preset.
