OBS UI needs a rework for a many of reasons but this one is really annoying. As I showed in the video, the problem is happening only with YouTube service selected and an account connected, if you don't connect your account - the controls panel (where you can start streaming/recording) will stay default and it will not break anything. Also, with connected account, YouTube chat panel will break size of itself every time (but I didn't show that in the video)
There can be more bugs with YouTube service selected, because I think it's not really tested (everyone just streams to Twitch), but I didn't test more either
