Question / Help OBS Bitrate with high speed internet

I have a problem. I'm trying to stream on twitch and I really want to stream with high quality and bitrate. But I can't set more than 5000 Kbps. I heard that some stremers streaming with 8000 Kbps or more. I think I can't use more than 5000 Kbps becouse I live so far from the servers but may be somebody know how can I fix quality on my stream? :)
(I have no way to move closer to the servers)
I tried restream.io with Russian servers and quality was much worse
Computer configuration:
Ryzen 7 3700x
RTX 2070
16Gb with 3100Mhz ram

With streaming, the ping time to the server for your streaming service is the least relevant metric.

Since you're streaming to twitch, check the quality of the connection to the twitch servers with https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest
