obs bitrate crashes but internet is fine

hello there maybe this was a topic to others before sry if thats the case but my obs often times falls to 0 bitrate and constant reconnects but my internet is always connected and fine. i heard the obs log can help but i have zero clue,can anybody help maybe? would be very thankful,really annoying for like 4 to 5 days now

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

loool okay sry here? i just see a few logfiles from yesterday where it happened multiple times

If disabling Enhanced Broadcasting don't solve the problem, then most probably the issue is within the ISP.
This error lines on the log file shows an issue on the network. This same errors in the past where caused by the ISP in most cases, but it could be an issue within your network adapter, the network driver, the cable, the router, the modem. Modems are typically modified/updated remotely by the ISP.

18:57:57.548: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)

Do an extensive test with the TwitchTest | r1ch.net to see if the quality of the connection to Twitch servers are affected.

okay disabling Enhanced Broadcasting does not solve the problem. I did the twitchtest that you sent and it all looks fine to me, bandwidth 10000+ kbps RTT 25ms 22ms 20ms (3 germany servers) and all quality 100. Any idea what i could do or try to solve the ISP problem if it is one?
