OBS Audio Crashing and Frame Rate Stuttering after 5 mins stream live

Hi, I love OBS but today, it's terrible. After 5 mins or so, everything goes super slow, dropped frames, and I cannot hear anything from OBS. Tried restarting my stream/OBS about 5 times by now. Not great when I am trying to stream during the holidays. Any ideas? I'm on Mac M1 Max fully loaded, latest OBS, latest Mac OS, latest updates on the plugins, everything is up to date. Can't really get a log file as when I force quit after it crashes, no option for a log file?

Seems the logs repeat this thread over and over: [coreaudio_get_device_name] failed to get name: 560947818 any clues?
