1. Try updating your GPU drivers to the latest (non-beta) available.
2. If that doesn't fix it, try removing the overclock on your GPU and CPU.

So what I have found out is as soon as I turn my gpu setting (MSI Gaming app) to anything higher then 1000 MHZ it crashes... now also why does my minecraft go to 10 fps and I ussally get 400-500, it doesnt make sense because I can run planetside 2 while recording on 60 fps setting and get around 70 fps! Please help

Just because you can record one game fine does not mean it will work the same for every game; Minecraft is well known for having some questionable coding, which could be contributing to the crash in conjunction with your overclock. Remove the OC and test again. If there's no crash with no OC, then your OC is not fully stable. Write it down or save the OC profile if your BIOS is able to do so, and take it back to stock temporarily. Certain types of OCing can screw up the PCIe bus timing, and could contribute to a crash like this.

The crash is due to your video drivers, according to that crashlog. Do a clean uninstall (uninstall ALL AMD software; they have a convenient 'express uninstall' in add/remove programs), reboot, and install the most recent non-beta drivers fresh, rebooting again after.

To investigate the low framerate in Minecraft, we'd need to see a log from a streaming/recording session at least 5 minutes in length of active gameplay. That is likely a separate issue, and normally happens when the wrong type of capture source is being used, though other causes do exist.

So now I did the unoverclock back down to 4.0 GHZ and it did not fix it. I am going to try the uninstall all the gpu stuff

I uninstalled it all and reinstalled the drivers and it works.... so idk what was wrong, but thanks. What do you need to check for probelms for the FPS in-game because that didn't fix.

This is the log. The FPS never went lower then 15 or higher then 18. Note. I was on low bit-rate and FPS and it was still really low.
