OBS - All Audio tracks not working

The last time I opened OBS a few weeks ago, it was working all perfectly, including the audio.

Skip to today, and I am getting no audio anywhere, not even my mic will work at all, even though the sounds on my PC are ok, so I know it's OBS that's having problems.

I have no clue at what is going on or what to do to fix it, I am in need of help.

Probably an windows update. Simple add the corresponding and correct sources and your up again.

No, it's not my Windows 10 or my laptop since my PC sound is perfect and hasn't changed at all. It's not even any part of a Windows update.

I even tried looking in OBS settings and tried changing the audio settings, but no change at all.
