Question / Help OBS 60 fps c985 2 PC are not smooth

Hey
I am using 2 pc Setup One for gaming and one for Streaming the Streamin pc use Avermedia Live Gamer HD (c985)
i have fps problems 60 fps in OBS dosnt look like 60fps i have 2 videos for you,
One is from Obs and the second one is from ReCentral Avermedia Program
Both programs are setup for 60 fps and Obs look like 20-60 even when it says is 60
I have a really strong Streaming pc

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
Monitor: BenQ XL2410T
Mouse: Deathadder 2013 Headset: Logitech g35
Keyboard: Corsair Vengeance K90

STREAMING PC

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Oc 4.5 (8core)
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 210
RAM: KINGSTON 4GB 1333MHZ DDR3
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 970 R2.0 AM3+ ATX
Capture card: Avermedia live gamer hd

  • Set the x264 cpu preset back to veryfast.
  • Disable the audio device in the webcam source
  • Your GPU is a bit old, which might also cause some problems.
