Hello. So I recently upgraded my GPU to an Nvidia GTX 970 for the purposes of playing more PC games, as well as using the NVENC codec to record with OBS. When doing things locally on the PC it's fine, however when I try to use the Elgato HD60, everything blows up.
It will either record the first 3 seconds and then the elgato will freeze (the webcam stays fine) or it will record the elgato severely lagged and WAY DE-synced from the sound (which one depends on the setting I choose).
The HD60 works fine with the regular CPU codec (I have an i5 so it can only do 720p 60fps with the elgato) however when I try to switch to NVENC it just doesn't want to play nice. Normally I would just switch back to the CPU codec and record in 720, however I dropped the money on the 970 for the ability to play PC games more (it's awesome at that) as well as record in OBS at 1080p 60fps (just won't work)
Not sure if there is a Dev or someone what would be able to help me out with why I am having this issue however it is extremely frustrating and any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
