hey guys, i have a pretty bad cpu and when i stream it lags my games. shadowplay works like a charm and i use it to record, but when i use the nvidia encoder to steam, the max bitrate will be at like 2500 and itll just stay at 864 or 0 and have a constant red block. nothing is bottlnecking my system to prevent obs from streaming properly because x264 works fine. i dont want to use 264 though because it lags games and the nvidia encoder doesnt lag them at all when recording/streaming. any help?
