Scenario
I have a Windows 11 PC configured to auto-login and start OBS automatically when powered up (Windows AutoAdminLogin is enabled with a default user/password. and OBS is configured as a Startup application).
The intention is to allow an inexpert individual to simply power-on the PC, allowing a more expert person to access and operate OBS remotely via a websocket client (for someone without physically access to the computer).
When the stream is over, the PC is shutdown, without exiting OBS specifically.
Problem statement
However, when the PC is next powered up, OBS always is blocked by a prompt forcing a choice of "Start in Safe Mode" or "Run normally", since it wasn't explicitly exited before shutdown.
Desired behavior
I would like it to continue to "Run normally" without operator interaction.
Alternatively, I'd like a way to cleanly exit OBS when Windows is shutting down, so that the interaction isn't required on the next startup.
Request
Does anyone know how to either bypass the OBS prompt during startup, or else cause OBS to exit cleanly upon Windows shutdown so that the prompt isn't presented upon next startup?
