It's not unbearable but it's definitely not playable...
Here are some things I tried to fix the problem:
1) Enabling Compatibility mode in-game
2) Changing FPS limitations
3) Disabling/enabling fullscreen optimizations for both osu! and OBS, and disabling/enabling run as administrator option.
4) Disabling/enabling Windows 10 Game Mode
5) Changing compatibility mode in properties.
6) Reinstalling OBS completely.

The lag is noticeable in my 2nd attempt of playing the map.

Also, I know I used 32-bit OBS version, but 64-bit one has the same problem for me.
