Question / Help not recording monitor

please help whenever i start to record it record the first 2 secs really laggy then just freeze at that recording position sound is fine it just well, stays recording the frame that was in the first 2 secs plz tell me how to fix or how to stop i looked everywhere in the setting it not work

Your CPU is too weak for 1920x1080 30fps... but near the end of log I see it set at 5 fps, did that work?
