Question / Help Not Good quality

Hello I have obs now and works perfectly but it is not good quality what can I do this are my settings:

Encoding Profile: superfast

FPS: 30

Bitrate: 1000

Buffer: 0

And i have 1280 x 720

Mmmh...do you want to record or to stream ? Besides, 1000kbps seems a too low bitrate for 720p...
Anyway, can you post us your log file & test your upload to be more accurate in our answer ?

1000 bitrate is too low for 1280x720. You need at least 2500

Assuming you set the crf value in the custom x264 parameters, this cannot result in bad quality video.
