See if you might have the "Use Input device for desktop audio" box checked in Settings -> Advanced and uncheck it if needed.

Your Logitech Headset is now selected for Desktop sound, and its Microphone for Auxillary.
If you see both green bars moving (the left when you talk, the right when there is sound on your system) OBS should hear everything just fine. You could check in your windows sound mixer, that OBS is not muted there. Also check that your Logitech Headset is the correct device (default Windows playback device?).
And finally could you link us a VoD of your test stream, I would download it and check if the sound is just very very low in volume.
