No hardware encoding option on M1 Mac Studio

Setting up a new stream and I thought there would be a hardware encoder option for video. Am I missing a support file or plugin? Screenshot below. Any help is appreciated!

Mac Studio 2022, M1 Max, Monterey OS ver. 12.5, OBS ver. 30.2.3

Do you even have the hardware for it? I'm not familiar with the variety of Macs (or possible lack thereof), so just checking the obvious.
