Question / Help No dropped frames, but stream stutters and lags.

I have a i9 9900k that's boosting to 5ghz while streaming.

My GTX 980 is overclocked to 1500mhz, and 4000mhz memory.

This should be more than enough for streaming 720p @ 60 FPS

I've tried following a ton of different threads to see whats wrong, nothing is working. I'm wanting to stream Anthem while I farm all day on the game.

The extremely odd thing I've noticed is that when I TAB out of anthem while it's in Border less windows mode, OBS doesn't lag AT ALL in the preview, even though nothing has changed (The frame rate stays the same in Anthem even when tabbing out). As SOON as I tab back into Anthem, stream becomes unwatch able. Before this Processor I had a i7 2600k @ 4.6ghz and I worked without any hitches on OBS. I've attached one of the streaming logs to see if that'll help.

I just want to stream... probably going to see if another streaming service works better if this doesn't work out.

Try using the NVENC encoder, and bump your bitrate up to around 6000 if your internet allows it! x264 stresses your CPU and can cause FPS loss.
