Question / Help No Blackmagic in OBS - connected via Thunderbolt 3

Hello,

I have BM Ultra Mini Studio Recorder and I tried to connect it to my laptop ( Asus Zenbook Pro UX550 ) via Thunderbolt 3 port ( USB - C with Thunderbolt technology. My PC shows that I have already connected my new Black Magic device but in Video Caputre Device in OBS it doesn't show at all.


Could I take some advises from you?

Asus Zenbook pro UX550
Windows 10
OBS
BM ATEM Television Studio HD
BM UMSRecorder
Thunderbolt 2 to thunderbolt 3 adapter
port in laptop - thunderbolt 3

obs classic? Blackmagic device is its own category under sources in obs studio. It doesnt show there?

You need to install the blackmagic desktop video software from https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support
