Nintendo Switch not showing thru El Gato / NDI Source

Hello! I recently moved to M2 Mac and been having issues with showing my NSwitch Screen to my OBS


I already downloaded NDI Source plugin AND NDI 5 Runtime but still having issues and NDI doesnt seem to be connected to OBS

I then found this thread on Github https://github.com/obs-ndi/obs-ndi/issues/904 where it says:

The obs-ndi.plugin bundle is installed to /Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins instead of to ~/Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins (in one's home folder).

so I tried moving the plugins folder from /Library to ~/Library and it did seem to work and NDI shows up now in OBS but in OBS link preferences, obs ndi plugin is still missing and my capture card is still not visible on my OBS window
