Hey guys so its been a while since I tried this and I really really want to start streaming last time it said taking to long to enconde so heres my pc specs

OS: Windows 8.1
CPU:AMD PHENOM(TM) II X4 965 Processor
CPU SPPED: 3420000000
Memory: 8589135872
Video card : AMD Radeon HD 7700 seroies
Resolution 1920x1080

id like to have it when it runs as smooth as possible

Sodapoppin is my idol and streaming is my passion so please help me
