Question / Help New to OBS

Hey guys , could someone advice me , what setup would fit my OBS settings.

Internet conection : 30mb download // 3mb upload

pc spec:

• Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2300 CPU @
• 2.80GHz (4 CPUs)
• Memory: 6144MB RAM
• Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450

ty , one more wuestion , using dxtory for capture games could help me to improve the quality of my stream?

hmm, not really, gamecapture or window capture of obs will capture the input 1:1 as dxtory would do it.
