Question / Help (New) Looking help/suggestion for Streamlabs Settings for Twitch stream

Hey guys need help with obs settings as ive recently got new PC. and im thinking of streaming. whats the best setup? resolution? bitrate? Fortnite being my most played games among others /DOTA 2/ LEAGUE OF LEGENDS.
my setup:
Intel® Core™ i7 Eight Core Processor i7-9700K (3.6GHz)
-6GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2060 - HDMI, DP
-16GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR4 3000MHz
-ASUS® ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING: ATX, SATA 6GBs
- Alienware AW2518HF 24.5 Inch Gaming Monitor/ 240HZ
- 1TB Samsung 860 QVO 2.5" SSD, SATA 6Gb/s

My internet speed is: Speedtest Bandwith result

would really appreciate some help to find the perfect HD settings if possbble please!
