Need Settings Recommendations

Hey guys so this is my first post on here and I need some guidance with my obs settings. I stream on both youtube and twitch at the same time using a plugin called Stream Elements Live. My main problem is that I don't know what settings to use, leading to low quality and laggy streams. I usually stream at 720p 60fps just because my pc setup doesn't usually have a great track record with being able to stream at 1080p 60fps (though I suspect it may be possible). The main issues I notice are blocky video, blurriness when movement occurs on screen, and some occasional stream lag (especially at 1080p 60fps) but usually not too noticeable.

Some good things to know are that:
1. I'm running a 1pc setup atm
2. my pc does not have a gpu with a video encoder
3. my internet speeds are 255.54mbps down / 36.28mbps up

Here's my pc specs (to the best of my knowledge):
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics (12 CPUs), ~3.9GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6400
RAM: 16GB

What I need is the highest quality stream possible for gaming with next to no stream lag on both youtube and twitch at the same time. I'm perfectly fine with 720p 60fps if that's the highest I can go, but I just need it to be as high quality as possible.

Tools, auto config wizard. Once it is done, do not change anything and close OBS, re-open and do a test stream. If still having issues

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
