Question / Help Need opinion on what settings to have

So I wanna try recording at 60 fps specs are:
Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710MQ CPU @ 2.50GHz
Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce 840M
Video Card #2
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
RAM
8.0 GB
Operating System
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9600), 64-bit
Internet:Download speed 14.89 Mbps
Upload speed 2.0 Mbps


Could use some advice on what kind of settings to have to record a game at 60 fps or possibly abit lower.

For streaming on a Notebook I wouldnt recommend streaming any higher than 720p30 veryfast preset on ~2500 Bitrate

Yea but im not using it for streaming tho im using it to record
