Need help with too many requests

I have been trying to solve this by myself for a little while but I am upgrading from streamlabs to obs and the stream runs fine but the chat and twitch stats read Too Many requests, is there a setting that i need to change? None of the tutorials iv found cover this pls help

Figured it out i just needed to clear the cache
