Question / Help Need help with streaming and recording

When I try to record I start lagging in game and iv'e tried changing the settings but I still lag and I won't even consider streaming if I can't even record here are the basic specs of my pc please help

For 480p

• Resolution
  • 854x480
• Video Bitrates
  • Maximum 2000 Kbps
  • Recommended 1000 Kbps
  • Minimum 500 Kbps

Try lowering your numbers from 1900 down to 1000 or so, as you are pushing your processor and graphics card pretty hard, perhaps.
