So I've done everything the forum tells me to, I'm using an Elgato HD 60 on my ps4 to OBS to stream. I've gone all the way to down 720p and 30FPS and it's still super choppy, i've tried messing with the fast, super fast setting under the x264 preset.

My CPU is an AMD 6300 FX 6 core @3.5GHz and for GPU;
I have a AMD radeon HD 7900 with 3GB of DDR5.

I feel my hardware is good I run heavy games at ultra setting and 100FPS. I know that is different than streaming but like I've said I feel like I can at least do 720p.....someone help! Lol Thanks a million in advanced!

Post your logfile from the help menu. Just copy the link and paste it here.

It all says Error right now I'll stream tomorrow a few times and get a few different logs with my current setting for you to try to figure this out!

I just need one log from your streaming for 5 minutes or more. dont play with settings, I just need a baseline of what you are doing now so I can assist with settings/config.

Here it is, I played a full multiplayer session of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare.

The first method I used the GIF to find the log the second one is my session of Online Streaming. Hope you can help me!
The settings you are using are for local recording only! Check CBR and CBR padding, set buffer to the same as bitrate, remove the custom x264 options (remove the crf command).

and your scenes, make a separate scene for each game you play and a separate one for monitor capture. having a monitor capture with a game capture will cause the game and/or stream to lag unnecessarily.

Lastly, dont stream over wireless, use a wired connection

So i changed those setting and I watched the past broadcast for the short test stream and it looked a million times better here is the new log

If you see anything else that I could change I would appreciate it! As for a wired connection i can only do wireless Modem is downstairs and I can't move it up sadly. Thanks a million though super help!!

yeah, your wireless or your lack of upload speed is and will cause your stream to suffer at 3400 bitrate.

Code:
RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 2758 ms to write 449842 bytes (buffer: 0 / 451584), unstable connection?

Since your connection is stalling you really either want to move to wired or lower the bitrate. maybe 2200-2500 you'll lose quality still but it will be better than constant buffering for viewers.
