I've streamed for a while and my OBS keeps on going all pixelated when I have a lot of movement I've tried everything in the video settings here are my specs
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3517U CPU @ 1.90Ghz 2.40 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.88 Gb unsable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I'm just wondering what settings I should use so it wouldn't turn pixelated when a lot of movement is happening!.

Go Advanced and there is "CPU Preset" change theveryfast to faster. and what is your upload speed?

Changing CPU preset right off the bat is pretty bad advice -- it's generally best as a last resort, as it can have a very significant impact on performance. Best to optimize the balance of resolution, bitrate, and framerate before resorting to changing that setting.

its actually really bad in this case because this is an budget i7 which is a dual core hyperthreaded to 4

so i would not change the preset to anything slower than default (veryfast) EVER


then again post a log to make sure you set bitrate in combination to your output resolution to something acceptable
