NDI Teams sound recording issue

During an OBS recording via NDI Teams, we had a sound problem for 12 minutes visible only on the mkv recording but the sound worked well in Teams and OBS. The sound of the 2nd part of the recording works very well.
What would be the source of this sound problem?
Do we have a way to get audio back with MKV file?
Thanks for your answer.

Probably not. What's recorded is what you've got. There's no "hidden recording" that can be reconstituted later.

Could be anything. Can you post a trimmed version of the problem starting and/or ending?

A log of the same session would be good too, if it hasn't been deleted by now to keep the clutter down.

You will find attached the logs of our recording. We can see that the NDI audio only activates at 11:13:01. However, the NDI of our speaker was well configured from 10:30 and everything was working correctly at the level of Teams and OBS.
Can you help me understand this problem please?
We are connected to corporate workstations, we also have a lead on a possible EDR that could have caused this technical problem.
Do you have any knowledge on this subject please?

At this point, I don't. I use NDI in one of my rigs, but it's only to receive video from the next machine over, through a single switch and short wires. Its audio is always muted. I don't send NDI either; I only receive that one.

Where is your NDI send going? Maybe you can do something else there?
