Question / Help My Video Recording Is very Laggy

Everytime i record with obs i end up getting a laggy video and the frames are very bad even tough my game runs above 60 fps.
I am new to obs and i would like some help.

I have a Nvidia Geforce 1060 Intel Core i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20 GHz
8.00 GB RAM

For this hardware in a single PC setup you may need to choose between 720p60 or 1080p30, as attempting to do 1080p60 is causing problems for all the major systems needed to stream (rendering, encoding, streaming).
