Question / Help My video/audio is out of sync and I can't change it.

So I've been streaming a while and just got better internet (20mb/s upload) so i upped the resolution to 720, the buffer and bitrate to 2500, and the fps to 45... but for some reason my audio is about 3 seconds behind my video. I changed my settings back and the same thing is happening. I tried using mic sync offset but it seems to have no effect. I don't know what else to do. Please help!!!

Was going to post one but never mind, fixed it by re installing obs and setting everything to exactly the same, but it now works without a delays. Not sure why, but thanks anyway :)
