My streams would be unstable according to twitch

so recently I've been having a bit of a problem with my streams on my OBS when I would start it up my streams would be in the green but then twitch stream manager would say it's "unstable" and looking at the twitch inspector for a few mins at the start of stream it dose not show me any unstable events but then after a few hours my frames start to drop a lot and apparently my streams are fine according to twitch and my viewers but my OBS is in the red with the kbps dropping to 0 and then I would look at my twitch inspector and unstable events every couple of seconds and then it would clear up for a bit but this has been impacting my performance especially with multiplayer based games. I been trying to stream on 3 websites at once with the plugin and had not have an issue until recently this month.
1743394027572.png

here an image of prob the most unstable events I've gotten this week according to my twitch inspector.

It's been so frustrating over this year having similar issue back when I was streaming on 1-2 sites and last year I've replaced my router and modem 3-4 times and had so many technicians come in to the point where they plan to replace my cable with a new one and burry it outside since the current ones are connected though the basements of the condos (think of sideways apparent building with connected basement though the laundry room)

here my logs

According to the log file you only recorded. If you are using a plugin to stream then you need to contact the dev of that plugin.
By the way, your log file is practically unreadable due to the cluster**** caused by streamelements.

Recent, so that's helpful. At first glance it looks like a bandwidth (lack of) issue.
04:16:55.541: Output 'multi-output': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 20016 (0.8%)
04:16:55.541: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 13911 (0.6%)

Anyway, you should check your plugins. Blur Filter has never been updated & is way stale.
The RTMP Multi-Out is also stale & could be causing some of those dropped frames. Update to v0.6.1
As noted above SE is installed, nothing but errors.
15:32:17.272: [blur-filter] Loading Version 1.0.0.0
15:32:18.113: [obs-multi-rtmp] version: 0.6.0.0

I also noticed, most of your Scenes have multiple Display, Game or Window captures. Only (1) per to avoid interference.

If problems persist, check for a LAN driver update on the support page for your mobo. Those errors below are generally caused by bad EEE settings. A driver update should fix it.

yep I only used StreamElements plugin because I use it to log into youtube chat and multi chat so when I multisteam there I get an updated youtube chat box (instead of having to copy paste the link to the dock every time)

thank you for letting me know the specifics, I think my obs might be cooked at this point and needs a reinstall because I tried to update that RTPM multistream plugin and now it dose not show up (also removed the blur plugin since I only used it once

I think I only saw (1) Scene that's not bugged, this is probably the worst offender.

The errors do not show up all the time but still exist. Head over to your mobo's support page & update your LAN driver.

Your issue seems network-related, especially with bitrate dropping to 0. Since you're streaming to multiple platforms, your connection might be overloaded.

I didn't reinstall OBS yet because I thought it would be fine after removing SE. Live plugin, I did found it pretty odd that when I reinstalled the RTMP Multi-out that all my presets for youtube and kick were still there, I'll try to reinstall OBS (is it fine to backup all my scenes and import them afterwards?)

Your issue seems network-related, especially with bitrate dropping to 0. Since you're streaming to multiple platforms, your connection might be overloaded.
yep i'm supposed to be getting 35mpbs but it's been struggling (my ISP plans on running a new line for me soon since the current one is old)

Settings, Advanced, Enable Dynamic Bitrate. Do this before you start streaming. Only works with RTMP steams; no RTMPS.

Not sure if this works with multi stream but you can use with the main stream.

Just want to update you guys I did do a fresh installation of OBS while backing up my scene and such (I'll look into cleaning all my game captures since I used them for specific games that did not want to be detected by the Full screen Detection) never knew it would cause any issues until now and I installed the latest version of the Multi-RTMP Plugin

Here some Logs from a stream I recently did (before I did a fresh install) I was getting massive Dropped frames, called my ISP in the middle of stream and they restarted my equipment just letting you know in case you see anything weird (and was able to schedule them to come in tomorrow to Replace my line with a new one) so overall probably a network issue I'll keep you guy posted

also thanks again for all the help this is my first time using forms like these.

Your logs contains no streaming sessions
Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.

Until I get a new line running outside (according to the last tech they confirmed my current line is pretty old) the past few days after doing a fresh installation of OBS and exporting my settings (had them backed up) I was able to reinstall the multiple output plugin and been only streaming two two sources (twitch and youtube) for the time being
