Hey guys, I just wanted to find any help and advice for an issue I had for almost a year.
When Im streaming, sometimes it crashes, resulting in a black screen and the game im streaming getting frozen (And i cant interact with the game, but its still running). A few seconds later (3-5 seconds) it gets fixed, but the preview screen on obs gets stuck and frozen.
I thought it was a graphic card issue (I had a NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti), and I thought it was over, but yesterday it happened again. If you could give me any answers, or, at least, give me a sollution for the preview screen at obs crashing, I would appreciate it a lot.
My specs:
- GPU: AMD RX 6600
- CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
- RAM: 16GB
- Disks: Kingston A400 SSD 960 GB SATA3 (I also have another disk with the same space)
And I have 2 screens.
