Question / Help My OBS Recordings always lag and I've tried everything!

I don't have the best computer in the world but I have a solid one. So I can record smoothly on Minecraft and on youtube but it just will not work on black ops 3 the recording will lag and it will be all choppy. I used to be able to record on Bo3 but now it just lags. I have followed every youtube tutorial and have read multiple forms but nothing that has fixed my problem is only on Bo3 please help!

I tried the things on the GitHub site and it did not work. Here is my log

I just don't know how to tell if it has my problem in it. So I closed OBS and ran it back up loaded Bo3 and it was laggy then closed it and copied the log. Just let me know if you have any other ways to help.

There's no recording details in the log; basically you just posted a log without doing a recording. That said, your GPU specs is way below minimum to play Black Ops 3 in the first place, let alone record with OBS along with it.
