My game keeps running on 30 fps while I record however the recording was like 60 fps. I cant get proper plays while I have 30 fps even if it looks like I had 60 fps or more in the recording that I made. I hope someone can help me fix this problem, I have searched in Youtube for fixes but none of them worked.
My game is lagging while recording.

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
