Question / Help Monitorcapture = blackscreen {resolved}

I've searched the internet for a solution but i can't find it
I have a laptop so I've tried to turn obs to one graphics card but it didn't help
so I don't know the solution

I have the default settings of OBS and here are my pc specs:

intel I5 42100 CPU @ 1.7ghz boost clock to 2.4ghz
ram = 8 gb
gpu = Geforce 840m
OS = windows 8.1 pro
monitor specs = 1920x1080 60Hz

I'm not new to OBS but I've never had this problem

You can't use monitor capture, OBS runs on the nvidia, because your games run on the nvidia.

I don't want to stream games, I am a developer so I want to stream me coding,
