Why does monitor capture show multiples of a single tab? Instead of showing the whole screen?

Is Monitor Capture the way to go when streaming on Twitch? It doesn't work at all for me, but Game Capture and Window Capture both work fine for me I think: http://prntscr.com/88ypfh and http://prntscr.com/88ypnf seem to work somewhat decently. I think Monitor Capture is less of a hassle(Or at least sounds like it's less of a hassle than cycling through both Game and Window Capture.
