My monitor capture on obs wont show my monitor. Ive tried anything, ive watched other posts, changed things in my obs settings + in my nvidia control panel but it just stays black. On my video settings on obs i can choose from Intel + Nvidia and none of those 2 seem to show my monitor. Game capture works perfectly fine its just my monitor that wont show. Any help?

That log says you're still running OBS on the Intel GPU. Make sure the nVidia GPU is selected in the dropdown in Video settings. Can you take a screenshot of your nVidia control panel to show how OBS is selected to use the high performance GPU? Did you make sure to do that for both the 32bit version and 64bit version of OBS?

Yes, they should both say obs.exe but it won't tell you if it's 32bit or 64bit. Perhaps you uploaded an old log?

16:34:49: CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4500U CPU @ 1.80GHz. It says that for CPU name but what does that mean? The dropbox thingy on video settings is called the video adaptor and thats where it says nvidia.

That log shows it running correctly.

To be clear...you're just tyring to capture your normal desktop, right? You're not trying to capture a game with monitor capture, are you?

I just tried out window capture instead of monitor capture and its showing my browsers but i cant get it to show my desktop. I think thats good enough i guess. Thanks for the help eitherway! :D
