Question / Help Minecraft dropping frames when I am live!

Hey guys, I love using the software when i stream i use it everyday for my live stream. As of now i stream 3 games Minecraft, Wizard101, And Skyrim. Here is the issue... When I am not live I get roughly 170 FPS in game for minecraft, but the minute I hit start streaming my frames drop to the 20's I find this very odd as i am not having any lag at all in Skyrim or Wizard101.

**PC came with 8GB of RAM which I upgraded to 12GB of RAM.**

I have all of my OBS settings set up to the websites recommendations... Max bit: 1281 Base Res: 1920x1080

I dont think it should create FPS by that much. Is it in game FPS or is it ping? you could just have bad internet

No my internet is not the problem my ping is 12 and my up speed is 15.
