Question / Help Microphone Audio works, desktop audio doesn't.

I NEED HELP!! So my microphone gets picked up in obs but none of my other pc sounds do! I've set obs to default audio device, and I can hear audio fine. I set it to my headphones to default in the windows audio options I can hear it fine, but sound doesn't come through to obs! Any help?!
