Mic Popping/Cutting Out During Streaming or Recording

Hi all, thanks in advance for any help.

I've been having a problem for a few weeks now where my microphone will just cut out parts (or all) of words, and there's lots of crackling and popping. The game audio is fine, there's no dropped frames or anything, and it happens even when I'm not playing a game. There are no issues with recording in Audacity, and calls are fine in Discord and Zoom. This only seems to happen in OBS. I've tried this with and without mic filters, it happens regardless.

The only hardware changes I've had recently were upgrades, I installed a AMD Ryzen 7 5700G and a GeForce RTX 3060 TI into an existing motherboard that was well-suited for it, a B350 Tomahawk that I was already using. I also upgraded to Windows 11 recently but this problem was occurring before that.

Recent OBS log: https://obsproject.com/logs/s1Ohh1WYJ6aUhzlm

Video showing the issue: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1252064387

The log shows active filters, but this happens even with the filters disabled or removed.

I've tried a fresh install of OBS, and I've tried reducing my output resolution, FPS, and audio sample rate (making sure they all matched) all to no avail. I've uninstalled/reinstalled plugins, started with a fresh profile, and reinstalled drivers. Still happens. I've spent time searching the forums and found similar issues, yet none of their resolutions helped me, or they were using setups that were too dissimilar (like having software DAWs, I have a hardware mixer) to be of use to me.

This is driving me up the wall. Help?
