Question / Help Mic/Aux Audio From USB Device Appears to Crash while streaming

We use multiple inputs through a Behringer XR18 and route our post FX mains to OBS Mic/Aux. We've been doing this since April 2019 with no issues until a recent Windows update. The update may be a coincidence but we seemingly had no issues before then.

The issue does not seem to occur while recording but only while streaming using OBS. For no apparent reason, our Mic/Aux audio appears to "crash" and no longer routes to Mic/Aux. The way we've found to remedy it is to go into the Mic/Aux source and switch it from the XR18 to default and then back to the XR18. Sometimes though it will immediately crash again for no reason over and over, at that time we usually give up on streaming music and just go offline.

I've updated all the drivers to see if that was an issue but it didn't seem to fix anything and I run Windows updates daily.

I've attached the entire log file but here's a snippet of the moment when our Mic/Aux audio routing "crashed":
16:58:40.157: Last log entry repeated for 61 more lines
16:58:40.157: obs-browser: Uncaught ReferenceError: GetPreviousDiv is not defined (source: https://tidylabs.stream/chat.asp?key=ROGUOHRYMMD5M3BL9KAD1555002893:298)

17:11:23.787: WASAPI: Device 'Microphone (HD Pro Webcam C920)' initialized

17:11:34.920: WASAPI: Device 'Line In 1-2 (3- BEHRINGER X18)' initialized
17:11:34.944: adding 46 milliseconds of audio buffering, total audio buffering is now 139 milliseconds (source: Mic/Aux)
17:11:34.944:

Any help would be greatly appreciated as to our understanding we've made no changes and the CPU/Ram/GPU have been monitored during streaming and seem to be very low. Thank you for your time.

I was able to get the audio to crash again while running LatencyMonitor, I've attached the log from that as well as the matching OBS log. If anyone could help even give us some general tips, we would be so grateful. This has pretty much put a complete halt on streaming live music. Thanks for your time.
