This was my log file:
It specifically fixed only the application audio device, as the windows 24h2 update fixes the application audio device from buffering. If your audio is not distorting during the audio buffering then it is not something to worry about.

Your audio buffering issue may be different, I recommend going on the OBS discord and sending them a link to your log file

I used the log analysis and no longer have the log entry notification/warning or any issues listed as critical.
