Question / Help low fps at 70% usage 4770k

no matter what game i play, if it goes over around 70% usage i get massive fps drops. anyone know why?

pc specs:

i7 4770k

7970ghz

8gb corsair vengance

In that log you're doing 720p60 and playing BF3, whereas in the previous log you were doing 1080p playing Minecraft.

BF3 is a very demanding game, so it's hard to play it and stream well at the same time. Try lowering to 30fps on 720p and seeing if that works, first.

What is your OBS process priority set to?

i said there are fps drops in all of the games i play while streaming if it goes over 70%. ive even set it to superfast preset and 360p and i still get fps drops. its at normal prioritry

it was my my bios throttling
