Hi, i have problem with bitrate.
My specs:
i7 8700k 3.7ghz
RTX 3070
Upload 55/60mb/s
Ping 10ms
OBS settings:
1080p60 (on 900p60 the same problem, also 720p)
Bitrate 6000
My streams looks terrible. Very low bitrate. What is the problem? I tried everything, reinstalling obs not fixed this. Month ago everything looks good, now i have new network provider, but in theory, the internet is better than the previous one.
