Losing frames while launching a game

Hi y'all!

There's not much to say, but whenever I launch a game while streaming I'm losing frames and my stream crashes. This happens with any game I launch. OBS works fine while live when I don't launch a game. This started on Wednesday.

What I did to fix the problem: re-installed OBS, updated all the drivers I needed to, restarted my internet. I don't know what else I could do. If anyone could help I'd be really glad!

Thank you!

1. In your version of Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
2. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware (see #3). It is not caused by OBS. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. Enable Dynamic Bitrate in the Advanced Network settings in OBS.
3. Your gigabit-capable network card is only connecting at 100mbps. This may indicate a bad network cable or outdated router / switch which could be impacting network performance.
4. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
