Question / Help Looking for Advice

I am looking for advice on Nvenc encoding.

I am currently using OBS with CPU encoding and i want to get rid of that and start using Nvenc if it is even worth it.

My Pc Setup:
i7-3770k OC to 4.2Ghz
GTX 780
16GB Ram

I would like to know what settings would you guys advice me to try on nvenc been playing with it myself but it doesnt seem nice compared to what i had on CPU encoding. Atm i am running Faster encoding + 720p + 60fps + 3500kbps

NVENC quality is worse compared to x264 at the same bitrate unless you turn the x264 compression way down, say to ultrafast or maybe superfast. With a 3770K you should stick to x264 if possible as your CPU is more than capable enough to run it, though if you're only doing local recordings and you aren't bitrate-limited then NVENC should look fine. You might also consider trying Quick Sync; quality will be better than NVENC but still worse than x264.

If you aren't partnered I would suggest streaming 720p30 at 2000-2500 Kbps. If the game you're playing allows it then you could turn up the x264 preset to faster or fast and get a little extra quality.

i have tried quick sync but i have no knowledge about it what could i focus on when trying quick sync?
