Logitec C920HD Distorted/Pixelated

Hi everyone,

I would really like to get back streaming but no matter what I try I cant get a decent quality from my webcam. I've tested on AMD / 265, various bitrates, qualities, profiles etc and they all have the same results.... My webcam looks blurry and pixelated. I've taken to just recording and uploading because I can get crisp HD videos but I know and I've seen people with similar / same hardware as me have no issues so I'm really confused. I will be streaming on YT not Twitch if that makes a difference. I had the same problems when I was on Twitch too.

Hardware:

Ryzen7 2700x CPU
Radeon 5700XT 8GB GPU
32GB Ram
Everything installed on a Samsung Evo Plus M2 SSD
Broadband - 380 DL / 36 UL

Windows is up to date, all drivers up to date etc. I'm at a loss now and I really hope someone has some answers! I've tested a few settings tonight please see the logs attached.

Also a lesser known trick if your GPU can handle it:

Set the main resolution to 1080p and rescale down to 720p on LANCOZOS (32 or 36 Sharpened) in the output settings. It'll look even sharper :)

That’s dude I’ll test this shortly. I’ve been testing various settings again all day and it’s still shocking. Only seems to do it when I’m the actual game (any battle royale/multiplayer FPS) if I’m in the lobby it’s crystal clear etc.

ive tried to download those drivers but it says my webcam is incompatible
