Question / Help Local Record with OBS - help!

I want to start recording League of Legends games with OBS but the first time I tried there was only sound. I want to ask what would be the best settings for good video quality. My computer specs are:
CPU: QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition 965, 3400 MHz (17 x 200)
GPU: AMD Radeon 6450HD 1gb
Chipset: 2x2GB=4gb of RAM
Monitor: Philips 19SW im running at 1440:900 resolution and im not sure how to adjust the video settings in OBS.

If you still have the blackscreen problem, but added sources, show us a log file:
