Question / Help League of Legends Videos from OBS are flickering

Hey I´m recording all my lol games and wanna do some montages but some videos are flickering. In the middle of the screen there is a line which subdivides the video in top and bottom side. It's flickering topside blackscreen and bottom side alternating. I really would appreciate if somebody is able to help me. I don't know where it comes from. Is it a wrong setting in OBS or in leauge of legends or what? The strange thing is, that this is not happening in all games.

Test with OBS Studio and see if the same thing happens. I don't see anything wrong in the log, but OBS Classic is no longer in development and is in need of an update to fix a game capture problem with a recent Windows 10 update. Studio has the necessary fix already.
